Platinum, the openwork circular mount centering one old European-cut diamond, surrounded by a stylized leaf motif, quartered by a stylized geometric motif, encircled by small old European-cut diamonds within a scalloped border, supported by a fancy-shaped pendant attachment, totaling 121 old European-cut diamonds, approximately 6.75 cts., accented by numerous rose-cut diamonds, circa 1910, approximately 12.3 dwt.
