Dirty varnish. Frame rubbing. Partially visible stretcher marks. Canvas is slighlty buckled. There is a minor warp to the canvas particularly at the lower right with a minor split in the canvas at the lower right. There is a 12 inch split along the crease where the stretcher meets the canvas at the lower right. A strip line has been applied to the split part but come undone.
There are four patches on the reverse, including a 3 x 6 inch patch at the lower right, a 4 x 4 inch area just to the left of the center, a 2 x 2 inch patch just to the left and below it and a 1 x 2 inch patch at right center edge. Each with corresponding areas of inpainting. Scattered craquelure.
