Dirty varnish. Frame rubbing. Small hole with a few small paint flakes - top center. Scattered inpainting along the top, left and right edges. Very small spot of inpainting in lower right and another small spot also in the lower right corner area. Larger area of scattered inpainting in the upper right near edge. Possibly some older restoration in the building. Could not detect further restoration under UV light. Partially visible stretcher marks.
