Frame rubbing. 1 inch area of scattered losses at upper left corner, and some losses along left and right edges (approximately 2" x 1/2" and 1/2" x 1/4" respectively). 2 1/2 x 1 inch area of scattered losses at the bottom center. Signature is scratched into the surface of the painting. Unable to detect inpainting under Uv light. Uneven, dirty varnish.
