Frame rubbing. There is a very small hole at the upper left, just above the girl's head. Minor surface dirt. Stretcher marks slightly visible along the upper edge. 1/2'' abrasion at the lower right.
May be a 1/2'' area of inpainting at the base of the girl's braid, otherwise no apparent restoration.
