The serpentine crest centering a carved shell above a pierced splat, over a slip seat, raised on cabriole legs ending in claw and ball feet.

Minor wear at ear edges. Old chip to front edge of crest rail on left side. Lateral cracks in crest rail and small old losses where crest rail meets splat. Left stile is cracked in front above seat rail, but not through Refinished. Some dents and apparent hammer marks. Some wear to front seat corners.
