Circa 1900
Of squat globular form, in sea green colored glass, the exterior decorated with purple, fuschia and deep red colored orchid blossoms. Height 3 3/4 inches, diameter 5 inches.

Metal mount was originally gilt, now only traces of gilding remain. Glass appears to be in good condition. On the interior side of the glass in the neck area the glass has a pebbled (gritty) texture, as made. Losses to gilt decoration on the glass portion with some areas of gold overpaint. Some abrasions and small areas of loss to enameled decor.
