Frame rubbing. Surface dirt, could use a cleaning. Light scattered cracquelure. Screening varnish, though some areas of restoration are still visible at the upper right and left corners, along the bottom edge, in the face, hands and arms of the figures. Some older areas of restoration are also visible under raking light.
