WARD, MRS. HUMPHRY. The Writings of... Boston & New York, Houghton Mifflin Co., 1909-1912. "Autograph Edition," one of 750 sets. 16 volumes (all issued), three-quarters green morocco, spines gilt, marbled sides. 9 inches (23 cm), top edges gilt. Each volume has a hand-colored photogravure frontispiece, as well as several other photographic images scattered throughout the text. Some wear and rubbing, fading to an attractive brown, some rubbing and other minor defects.
