Frame rubbing. Heavy cracquelure. Surface dirt. There is a typed description of St. Cecilia affixed to the back of the canvas at center, roughly 8 x 3 inches. Old and new restoration throughout, particularly along the edges, filling in the craquelure and around the figure's chin/neck. Condition commensurate with age.
