Aikuchi with unclear hamon and hada, mumei. Roiro and aogai-striped saya. Gold and silver butterfly menuki. Silver mounts (fuchi missing) deeply carved with chrysanthemums.

Condition: Blade of no consequence. New baleen needed to wrap tsuka. Fuchi, although missing, was a plain piece of silver and can be early replicated. Mounts in good state. Traces of old silver polish in crevices.
