Dirty varnish. Frame rubbing. Craquelure throughout. Heavy at times, resulting in a few scattered paint flakes (upper center; bottom center). Lined (glue). Visible stretcher marks. Tiny ding with paint flake in his forehead. Scattered inpainting along the frame rubbing; at upper left and right corners; few spots in his beard; several spots in his hair at right side; along the lower right edge and lower center left edge; few other small spots.
