Frame rubbing. Surface dirt, especially at the upper and lower center edges. Blackish scuff at upper center and to the left of center. Canvasboard may be slightly cut down, as evidenced from the bottom and right edges on the reverse. Deep purplish hues in the cars and figures at lower center flouresce under UV light but it appears to be the nature of the pigment rather than restoration.
