Highly specialized collection and study composed of Provisional and Occupation issues, with a plethora of sets, singles, blocks, sheets, varieties, errors, some postal history and interesting local and specialized issues. Includes Armenia with masses of surcharges, postal savings, semi-postals, Azerbajain, Batum, Bialystok 1916 1m. surcharge, used, Crimea Scott #52, five mint and one used, Denikin with printing varieties, Occupation of Crete, Occupation of Pernau including 1941 set in blocks, Occupation of Pleskau with several covers, Siberia includes mint singles of #2a, blocks of four #4b and 5b, #66 with other overprint varieties and multiples, small section of Czech Army Post, nice selection of Poland with five #1, one regummed, four used, North Warsaw Republic and a nice study of Tannu Tuva with extensive animal/pictoral issues. The collection finishes with sections of Transcaucasian, Berg Republic, White Russian and a few French Voluntary issues. A few remainder and facsimile items are to be expected with the overall condition being Fine to Very Fine. A wonderful opportunity to obtain a lifetime accumulation and study by J. Lee Shneidman.
