Louis XVI Mahogany Tric-Trac Table
Late 18th century
The rectangular leather-inset top with molded edge, reversing to a plain mahogany top and enclosing a well inlaid with a backgammon board and flowers, above a plain frieze with a small drawer at each end, raised on fluted tapering legs ending in brass cap casters. Height 30 1/2 inches (77.5 cm), width 52 3/4 inches (1.34 m), depth 22 1/2 inches (56.5 cm).
