Very dirty, yellowed varnish. Frame rubbing. Glue lined. Scattered craquelure. Small area of repair at lower left corner. Appears to be a 2 inch repaired tear or scratch at left center. Few small scuffs with minor paint loss. Appears that someone began to clean the painting - you can see this mainly at the far right of the painting. Could not detect further restoration under UV light.
