Dark Green Nephrite Vase and Cover
Carved on both sides with a taotieh mask between lappet bands at the foot and shoulder. Plaintain leaves face the front and back of the neck which is flanked by elephant heads with ring handes. The cover is carved to match and terminates in a double bud flanked by stylized dragons. Height 10 1/4 inches (26 cm).
