Khmer Bronze Group of the Mahayana Trinity, Muchalinda Buddha, Prajnaparamita and Avalokitesvara Circa 13th century

The base, three figures and Naga are separately cast. The details of the jewelry and dhoti are well-executed and the physiognomy of the faces is rendered in simplified protruding form. The surface, of a soft gray-green tone is dry in appearance and generally from burial encrustation; metal base. Height 12 inches (30.5 cm).
