18 kt., composed of matte gold oval links joined by textured gold oval links, spaced by eight matte and textured gold barrel-shaped links centering bands of small round pink sapphires, terminating in a lobster claw clasp surmounted by a heart -shaped plaque set with 3 round diamonds, supporting a gold circle link and pave-set diamond heart, signed JR, approximately 79.5 dwts. Length 24 inches.
