Edwardian Platinum, Seed Pearl and Diamond Sautoir with Pearl and Diamond Pendant
The long platinum and seed pearl mesh chain spaced by two pairs of filigreed scrolled semi-circle links edged by 16 small old-mine cut diamonds, joined by 4 button pearls, terminating in three filigreed scrolled links, centering one old European-cut diamond, accented by small old-mine cut diamonds, suspending a fancy-shaped pendant and diamond-set cap set with 30 old-mine cut diamonds approximately 1.15 cts., the pearl approximately 12.0 x 11.6 x 9.6 mm., sautoir circa 1915, pendant circa 1905. Length 23 1/2 inches.
With GIA report no. 110205873347 stating that the pearl is natural, freshwater, no indications of treatment..

Freshwater natural pearl: slightly creamy, ripples & bumps, reverse is flat, good luster.
