Very rare revolutionary era works with ESTC reporting three copies of the May work and five of the October. We find no copies at auction. While the May measures include an act preventing the further importation of slaves and "An act for Establishing the county of Ilinois" on the western side of the Mississippi river, the October acts directly respond to the escalating conflict and the first four include those for "raising volunteers to join the Grand Army," "An act for raising a regiment of horse," "An act for raising a battalion of infantry," and "An act for recruiting the Continental Army."
