. New York: Nesbitt, 1860. 32 pp. with original wrapper (worn with losses and discolor); The Letters of President Lincoln on Questions of National Policy. New York: Lloyd, 1863. 22 pp., original wrappers bound-in. These pamphlets bound into a volume containing numerous related pamphlets including PARKER, JOEL. Personal Liberty Laws (Statutes of Massachusetts) and Slavery in the Territories (Case of Dred Scott.). Boston: 1861; and others; Together with two volumes of mostly 1860s pamphlets devoted to slavery and emancipation, including [NEW YORK DRAFT RIOTS]. Report of the Committee of Merchants for the Relief of Colored People, Suffering from the Late Riots in the City of New York. New York: Whitehorne, 1863. These in very worn red half morocco bindings that are becoming disbound; And seven other volume of related pamphlets, mostly 1860s-80s generally on related subjects including a Josiah Quincy pamphlet with his presentation. A few of these final volumes disbound and quite worn, the whole of the lot with stamps, stains, etc., should be seen, sold with all faults.
