Wallpaper wrappers hand-lettered (apparently by Booth), in a modern cloth folding case. 6 5/8 x 4 1/8 inches (17 x 11 cm); iv, [2], 6-20 pp. Title page slightly defective, the text somewhat fingersoiled, pencil annotations regarding lighting throughout in an early hand.
