. Richmond: T. Nicolson, 1804-5. First edition thus. Modern black cloth. 13 1/4 x 8 inches (35.5 x 20 cm); 52 [2]; 38 pp., an uncut copy. Title lightly soiled and stamped on the verso, some toned leaves but generally very clean.
The Virginia printing of acts presided over by Thomas Jefferson including the important An act to enable the President of the United States to take possession of the territories ceded by France. Also of note are several treaties in relation to the Kaskaskia, Delaware and other Native American tribes.
