The blouse bodice of the columnar sheath of gauffre silk lame printed with patterned red, black and metallic gold diagonal stripes, with high oblique neckline, sleeveless, the bodice extending to an oblique V below waist of slim black wool skirt, the back opened to waist, side zipper colored to conform to pattern of fabric, separate sash, size 2-4, labeled: Mainbocher/12 Avenue George V A Paris, name of client and no. 24039 handwritten on tape label.
Good condition, some discoloration at neck, possible bodice alteration.
