Each appears to be in generally good condition; each chair frame is nice and sturdy; the arms are nice and tight (not loose or rickety); there are no apparent losses or breaks to the wood elements, including the backsplats, stiles or stretcher elements; there are areas where there is wear and rubbing to the wood finish, particularly in the area of the arm supports; typical small nicks and abrasions to the wood elements, consistent with age and usage and not of any consequence; the upholstery is in generally good, clean condition, however, there may be some very faint small scatted spot stains here and there (not obvious)
