Vladimir Soloviev, possibly for Fabergé, St. Petersburg, circa 1900, scratched inventory number 26000
Cylindrical, enameled in translucent white over an engine-turned ground, with removable gold cap and pencil, one end fitted with a suspension loop. Length 2 5/8 inches (6.7 cm).
