Circa 1780
The oval top inlaid with berried boughs encircling a flowering rose and buds, the flaps with ribbon-tied jonquils, above a mahogany-lined frieze drawer, raised on tapering square legs ending in brass casters. Height 27 1/4 inches (69.2 cm), width 20 1/4 inches (51.4 cm), extended width 41 1/4 inches (104 cm), depth 30 3/4 inches (78.1 cm).

Overall good restored condition, but refinished and lacking patina that comes with age, old and new marks and scratches, top possibly reset because frieze appear open at back, fading to marquetry, some later added color to roses and laurel boughs, height possibly reduced
