Each depicting two mythological females, probably allegories of Summer and Autumn, within original silk-lined leather case, the interior marked MORTIMER & HUNT / Jewellers & Goldsmiths / To The Queen / AND ROYAL FAMILY, / 156, New Bond Street. Height 3 3/4 inches (9.5 cm), width 4 5/8 inches (11.7 cm).
The firm of Mortimer & Hunt (1839-1843), successors to Storr & Mortimer (1822-1838).
