George III Mahogany Triple Back Settee

The serpentine toprail above conjoined backrests with beaker-form pierced backsplats below waisted, pierced and sunflower carved demilunes, over an overupholstered serpentine seat flanked by shaped arm rests, raised on channeled tapering legs ending in spade feet. Height of backrest 38 3/4 inches (98.5 cm), width 63 1/2 inches (1.61 m), height of seat 19 inches (48.3 cm), width overall 67 1/2 inches (1.71 m), depth 21 inches (53.3 cm).
