Tibetan Gilt-Bronze Figure of Yama on a Bull
Cast in two sections the wrathful deity stands atop a bull lying on a prostrate figure on a lotus base, the animal like face with bulging eyes, beneath horns and blowing hair, dressed in a billowing scarf over the shoulders and necklaces adorned with skulls around the body, the right hand holding a vajra above the head. Height 7 3/4 inches.
