Qing Dynasty
The elongated flaring trumpet form cast in two parts, the entire body with deep blue, red, yellow, white, green and lavender stylized dragons on a sky blue field, the mouthpiece with a gilt copper overlaid foliate band, the opposite end worked in repousse with a dragon head with open mouth above a lion head and loose ring handle at the base. Length 16 1/2 inches.
