Appears to be in generally good, sturdy condition; there is some 'grip' or looseness to the chair frame, i.e., the back and arm support position but not overly so; scuffs and scratch marks to the upholstery as well as wear and rubbing to the coloration, most notably to the arm rest areas; one of the 'buttons' is missing (right arm rest area); spring inside seems comfortable enough.
