Clock Case: there is a shallow oval-shaped flake/chip loss to the glass in the area below the ring that surrounds the face located near the six o'clock position, approximately 3/4-inch in length; there is some uniform pitting/corrosion to the polished metal ring dial on the front side of the clock as well the polished metal backing and door on the reverse side, consistent with age, usage and handling; there is a very small nick/chip to the rear outer rim edge of the glass case, not of any great consequence; the black enamel on the Arabic numerals on the dial appear to be in good condition; the hands may or may not be original; the glass exhibits nice opalescent characteristics and coloration
