Pair of Rei Kawakubo Granite and Iron Tables

In two triangular sections on casters to form a rectangle. Height 28 1/2 inches, width 54 3/4 inches, depth 42 inches.
Rei Kawakubo (b.1942) is the fashion designer founder of Comme des Garçons and Dover Street Market. Kawakubo's furniture was originally designed for her stores and the pieces reflected the "anti-fashion," deconstructed black, white and grey clothing of her 1980s lines. This pair of tables was part of a limited commercial production.
