Publisher's russet pictorial cloth gilt. 8 x 5 inches; xviii, [1], 268, 32 pp.; folding map, frontispiece, plates, in-text illustrations, half-title, publisher's advertisements. Recased preserving much of the original spine, corners worn, cloth a bit wavy, lightly and evenly toned throughout, binders ticket to rear pastedown.
