Publisher's pebbled cloth.7 x 4 5/8 inches; folding frontispiece, plates, publisher's advertisements. Apparently without the called-for map, boards rubbed, foxing throughout, bookplate and ownership signature of H. A. Bryden, with his marginalia noting his hunting results; The Guide to South and East Africa for the use of Tourists, Sportsmen, Invalids and Settlers. London: Sampson Low, Marston & Co., 1916. 1916 edition. Publisher's gray pictorial cloth. 7 1/8 x 4 3/4 inches; numerous folding colored maps, advertisements. Spine ends lightly bumped, a few maps with long tears, ads browned.
