George III Mahogany Secretary Bookcase
Late 18th/early 19th century
In two parts, the upper section having a molded cornice, above two glazed panel doors opening to reveal shelves, resting on the lower section having a fall-front secretary drawer fitted with small drawers and pigeonholes, over three full cock-beaded drawers, raised on bracket feet. Height 7 feet 6 inches (2.29 m), width 46 inches (1.17 m), depth 23 inches (59 cm).
