Chinese Archaic Style Bronze Tapir
Probably early 20th century
The animal standing four-square with the head raised, the body incised overall with a swirling line pattern divided by circling at the mid-section and a collar around the neck, the whole deeply patinated with scattered areas of green oxidization. Length 8 inches.
