George III Inlaid Mahogany Secretary Bookcase
Late 18th/early 19th century
In two parts, the upper section with Greek Key pattern carved cornice, above two mullion glazed doors flanked by pilasters, raised on a protruding lower section enclosing a fitted drawer over two panel doors, each with central oval inlay, raised on bracket feet. Height 7 feet 1 inch (2.16 m), width 37 inches (94 cm), depth 21 inches (53 cm).
