Circular, on four ball feet, enameled overall with varicolored flowers with gilt stars and filigree scrolls on a gilt stippled ground, within rope-twist borders, the underside enameled in opaque blue and signed in Russian: Rabota fabriki P.A. Ovchinnikova. Diameter 3 1/4 inches (8.3 cm).
