Pair of George III Irish Sterling Silver Covered Entrée Dishes
William Nolan, Dublin, 1825, retailed by William Law
Each dish shaped circular with shell and gadroon border, the domed cover with fluted band and engraved with heraldic crest to each side, with foliate and lion's mask handle. Diameter of dish 10 3/4 inches (27.5 cm), total approximately 106 ounces, weighable; Together with a Pair of Sheffield Plate Warming Stands. Matthew Boulton, early 19th century. Length 12 inches (30.5 cm).
