Louis XV Mahogany and Acajou Moucheté Large Armoire de Chateau
Mid-18th century
The molded serpentine cornice centered by a rocaille cartouche carved with a cannon above a pair of paneled doors carved with scrolling and ruffled foliage and opening to a shelved interior and flanked by molded rounded stiles, the conforming plinth raised on scrolled feet. Height 112 inches (284.4 cm), width 81 inches (205.7 cm), depth 30 inches (76.2 cm).
