Additional Notes & Condition Report

Shade and Base: each appears to be in generally good condition; no apparent hairline cracks, chips, etc.; there is an area of the shade along the lower rim edge that appears to have been ground and smoothed, presumably, as made at the factory; there is a small shallow area of loss of the outer plum colored glass at the top central bulging part of the shade, smooth to the touch, again, presumably, as made at the factory; there are two light sockets: one that illuminates the shade and another that is downturned and illuminates the base from within; the lamp is currently wired (later cord); sockets and wiring not tested
