each appears to be in generally good condition; there are a few small nicks to some of the raised/protruding narrow vertical ribs on the glass body; there does not appear to be damage or breakage to the glass on the interior (concealed) part of the neck, however, there is a gap between the top rim edge of the glass neck in one of the ewers, where it should come into with the bottom rim edge of the silver mount; it appears the entire silver mount may have been reaffixed after coming loose, however, there is a gap between the mount and the glass body; the glass top rim edge in the exposed area of the neck has an area of roughness; each hinged cover appears to be in good working condition although one cover sits in a slightly raised position; gilding on the silver is now mostly rubbed/worn away; each foot appears to be "in-the-round;" each ewer rests firmly (stable) on a table surface; no apparent monograms; one of the small "chestnut" ball finials on one of the ewers has some small indentations to it; French export mark for circa 1840-1973
