The inscription on the silver plaque reads: "Electrical and Mechanical Engineer / Member of the Imperial Russian / Artillery Commission / American Machinery Co. / Port Huron, Mich. / U.S.A."
Each with light surface wear, bent in areas. The silver plaque was likely a mount for a portfolio.
