First quarter 20th century
With a shade of inverted dome form, in semi-glossy plum colored glass over frosted colorless and mottled yellow and orange colored glass, decorated with autumn leaves at sunset, signed DAUM NANCY FRANCE with the Cross of Lorraine, suspended from a patinated metal ceiling cap and three link chains. Height overall 20 1/2 inches; height of shade 6 inches; diameter 19 3/4 inches.

Shade: appears to be in generally good, undamaged condition; no apparent rim chips, hairline cracks, etc.; there is some scuffing along the upper rim edge, not of great significance; there is a small grooved area located in proximity to the upper rim edge area, presumably, as made at the factory, not of any consequence; three light sockets
