Publisher's dark green cloth, titled in gilt on upper board and spine, without dust jacket. 8 x 5 1/4 inches; vii, 291 pp. Light shelfwear to extremities of boards and spine, endpapers faintly toned, pale dampstain affecting the last three leaves.
