Publisher's dark green cloth. 9 1/8 x 6 1/2 inches (23 x 16.5 cm); frontispiece, 65, [1] pp., plates after photographs throughout, two-page map at rear. Moderate wear to extremities, generally a clean copy. With the bookplate of W.K. Bixby.
An extremely rare work of significant angling interest; pages 53-end discuss angling on the lake. We note only one copy at auction since 1929, which sold in 2005 for $2040. 'Fishing for smallmouth bass, lake trout, and landlocked salmon ... An important and rare work." -Heller 716; Bruns S27.
