Boston: Small, Maynard & Company, [1920]. First American edition (the English sheets with a cancel title). Publisher's green cloth. 8 3/4 x 5 1/2 inches (22 x 14 cm); xiv, 300 pp.; plates after photographs. Lacking the jacket, but a very nice copy overall, though with some occasional minor foxing to the text.
"Hingston's work details travels in the Hazara valley, now in Pakistan, in 1914 and 1916. The author went on to participate in the 1924 Everest expedition." Yakushi (1994) H336.
